About the Role
Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and leading premium hospitality operations?
We are looking for a passionate individual to lead the end-to-end delivery of our premium lounge services, ensuring every guest enjoys an elevated, seamless, and memorable experience.
Based at King Khalid International Airport, you will be the custodian of our Lounge Service Strategy, managing all aspects of lounge operations.
From service design and staff development to supplier partnerships and performance excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee both direct and third-party teams to deliver best-in-class hospitality for our VIP, CIP, and loyalty guests.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and global service partners to implement guest centric strategies, drive innovation, and uphold the highest safety and service standards.
Your leadership will ensure that every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence, accessibility, and sustainability.

About You
Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years in a service delivery leadership role within an airline with at least 3 in a managerial position.
You are expected to possess deep knowledge in the development of service design and product development for ground services.
