Location and workplace
- The role is based in Chandanvelly, Hyderabad, Telangana, and is on-site with in-person work.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month; stated CTC is up to ₹50,000 per month.
- Benefits include paid time off and Provident Fund.
Candidate requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, warehouse, or supply-chain operations.
- A diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehouse management, or a related field is marked mandatory in the position details.
- Strong knowledge of local and intercity transport, transporter management, freight negotiation, dispatch documentation, and e-way bill processes.
- MS Excel and basic ERP or logistics-system knowledge are listed in the candidate profile.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred; signage, graphics, fabrication, engineering, interiors, exhibition, advertising, or project-based manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills are sought, along with the ability to manage urgent dispatches in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate or short-notice joining is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics, dispatch, and transportation operations and plan dispatches of finished goods and project materials.
- Select appropriate vehicles and coordinate packing, loading, unloading, and safe transportation.
- Coordinate dispatch plans and material handovers with production, projects, purchasing, stores, sales, and installation teams.
- Prepare schedules, track deliveries, communicate delivery schedules and site requirements, and resolve delays, damage, or short deliveries.
- Develop transporter and vendor networks, negotiate rates, and monitor vehicle availability, movement, turnaround, and delivery performance.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery proof, and documentation including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and LR/GR.
- Maintain logistics MIS and ensure applicable transportation and safety compliance.
- Improve delivery timelines, vehicle utilization, and logistics costs; supervise dispatch staff and loading personnel where applicable.
