About the Role:

Are you passionate about shaping customer journeys and driving meaningful engagement across every touchpoint?

We are seeking a professional to lead the design, execution, and optimization of our end to end guest lifecycle strategy.

In this role, you will define how we attract, engage, and retain guests across multiple digital channels, ensuring every interaction is personalized, seamless, and aligned with our brand vision.

You will transform business objectives into actionable lifecycle roadmaps, unify cross functional teams, and ensure technical requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently. You will lead segmentation and personalization initiatives, guide experimentation, and own the testing frameworks that drive continuous improvement.

You’ll champion creative, channel appropriate messaging and ensure all lifecycle campaigns meet the highest standards in quality, consistency, and performance.

About You:

Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer engagement, ideally within global B2C or B2B environments.

You are expected to be fluent in lifecycle automation tools, ESPs, and multichannel execution, with the technical understanding needed to collaborate closely with development, product, data, and design teams.

Importantly, you will have strong analytical instincts, a deep understanding of metrics that drive engagement and retention, and proven experience using insights to optimize customer journeys. You'll know how to design and run A/B tests, guide segmentation and personalization, and ensure compliance with standards such as GDPR and CAN SPAM.
