- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, or related fields.
- 4–7 years of experience in Sales Training / Capability Building, with hands-on exposure to onboarding programs.
- Sales folks (5-7 years experience) with in-house mentoring/ training looking to transition into L&D role are welcome to apply
- Prior sales experience in F&B, hospitality, or consumer internet is strongly preferred.
