Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager – IT & ERP Lead to oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and the strategic management of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across the organization.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will lead ERP optimization, digital transformation initiatives, vendor management, and IT operations while ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient business systems that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
*Oracle Fusion ERP Leadership*
- Lead the governance, stabilization, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Drive ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, and release management.
- Manage Oracle partners, system integrators, and external consultants.
- Support Finance, Procurement, Projects, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Operations functions.
- Ensure ERP data integrity, user access controls, workflows, and audit compliance.
- ***Manufacturing & Operations***
- Lead optimization of Manufacturing, MRP, Inventory, Maintenance, Procurement, and Financial modules.
- Improve production planning, WIP tracking, costing, and asset lifecycle management.
- Ensure seamless integration across business-critical functions.
*IT Operations & Cybersecurity*
- Oversee MSP-delivered infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications.
- Manage cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor IT service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance.
- Drive IT cost optimization and operational excellence.
- ***Digital Transformation***
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Support integrations with third-party systems and operational platforms.
- Champion digital initiatives that improve business efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
- ***Experience***
- 8–12+ years of progressive ERP and IT leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, Industrial, or Project-based environments is highly preferred.
- Experience working with multinational or global organizations.

- Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, Procurement, Projects, Manufacturing, Maintenance)
- ERP integrations (FBDI, ADFDI, APIs)
- Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- IT Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, Cybersecurity & Governance
- Reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools
- ***Education***
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Oracle certifications are highly desirable.
