- The Manager – IT Delivery Management is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- The role manages project execution, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, governance, and delivery performance across multiple technology workstreams.
- Key Responsibilities* Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT projects and programs.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT teams, vendors, and consultants.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and delivery standards.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Manage change requests, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and organizational governance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Support resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization of project portfolios.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technology implementation.
