Qualifications

• · Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with different audiences.
• · Experience supporting executive communications and translating business strategy into engaging employee content.
• · Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• · The ability to build trusted relationships across cultures, functions, and geographies.
• · Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• · A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong accountability and attention to detail.
• · Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• · Curiosity about emerging technologies and a passion for leveraging AI and new tools to improve communications and employee experiences.
