  • Identify integration opportunities, dependencies, transformation priorities, and process optimization, automation, cost reduction, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Review product approval processes, product backlogs, enhancements, pricing, competition, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze retail products for overlap and recommend rationalization where appropriate.
  • Build strategy campaigns and business cases to identify revenue, cost, operational, and resource synergies.

Operating model and delivery

  • Standardize processes, policies, controls, and service delivery; migrate activities to centralized platforms and shared services.
  • Support organizational restructuring, workforce alignment, and transition planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and monitor business continuity, operational readiness, and service stability.

Governance and reporting

  • Establish governance structures, steering committees, and reporting forums; facilitate reviews and resolve cross-functional blockers.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder alignment across business and support functions.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, RAID logs, status reports, decision papers, governance packs, and portfolio MIS.
  • Track milestones, synergies, dependencies, and benefit realization against approved business cases; escalate delivery risks.

Experience and education

  • Requires 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in banking or financial services and 1+ year leading large transformation or integration programs.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.

  • Required areas include banking products, transformation, digital banking, RAID management, data analysis, Power BI, Excel, Jira, MS Office, program management, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
