Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise infrastructure environments within complex organizations.
- Strong experience managing AWS and Azure platforms.
- Strong experience managing Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong experience managing VMware environments.
- Experience managing enterprise SAN and NAS environments.
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.
- Experience working within highly regulated or security-sensitive environments.
- Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, hybrid cloud architecture, cloud security and governance, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud cost management
- Infrastructure: VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, enterprise monitoring, and infrastructure management
- Storage, Backup & Disaster Recovery: SAN/NAS technologies, enterprise backup and recovery, data replication, and disaster recovery platforms
- Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender
- Automation & DevOps: PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and platform automation
