About the role

Manager in PwC’s Identity Governance & Administration practice, leading strategic client programmes to secure assets, manage regulatory risk and support digital transformation.

The work includes IGA strategies, operating models and enterprise transformation across human and non-human identities.

Platforms named include SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, Cyera and Orchid Security.

What the role involves

  • Lead IGA engagements, setting strategy, target operating models and large-scale transformation programmes across identity platforms.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled governance, intelligent automation, identity analytics and controls for workforce, third-party, service, machine, application and workload identities.
  • Develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring and quality assurance.
  • Build client relationships, use market and technology insights to develop propositions and contribute to sales opportunities.
  • Design and deliver IGA solutions that automate identity lifecycles and reduce identity-related risk.
  • Integrate governance with applications, directories, cloud platforms and modern digital architectures.
  • Oversee complex engagement delivery, governance, stakeholder management, budgets, quality assurance and strategic advice.
  • Contribute to practice methods, accelerators and business development from initial scoping through delivery.

Experience and qualifications

  • Deep technical expertise across enterprise and cloud identity ecosystems and their integrations.
  • Experience leading complex IGA client engagements and transformation programmes, including delivery, governance, stakeholders, budgets and quality assurance.
  • Experience governing non-human identities, including service accounts, machine and application identities, API credentials, workloads and cloud-native identities.
  • Ability to apply AI-enabled governance, intelligent automation, access recommendations, identity analytics and risk-based decisions.
  • Ability to coach junior colleagues and contribute to practice growth, propositions and business development.
  • SailPoint or Saviynt engineer qualifications and/or SC-300 certifications are referenced as relevant qualifications.

Working arrangement

  • The described working week is split between office, home and client site.
