Key responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility of compliance and timely submission of statutory returns.
• Manpower planning as per approved manpower budget.
• Overall responsibility for timely Recruitment of staff and workers as per budgeted manpower.
• Implementation and initiative of new HR Policies
• Overall responsibility of plant administration.
• Organization development through different innovative ideas.
• Team development of subordinates through Training.
• HR Budget
• Other responsibilities time to time given by higher authorities.
• Travel Estimate

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification:
• Full time MBA / PGDBM – HR / IR / PMIR
• Tenure: 15-20 Years preferably in Pharmaceutical industry
