Manager, Fundraising Data & Systems

Opportunity

Operations and reporting

• Lead and develop the Operations team, set priorities and service standards, manage operational plans and resources, and address risks and challenges.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks, translate fundraising and operational data into insights, monitor KPIs, and prepare leadership reports.
• Support annual planning, budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Systems, data, and process improvement

• Administer and optimize Raiser’s Edge NXT and related platforms; ensure donor and operational data quality and maintain governance standards.
• Partner on integrations, reporting, automation, and technology projects.
• Design and maintain procedures and workflows, improve efficiency and consistency, establish quality assurance, and lead operational projects.

Vendors, automation, and strategy

• Lead vendors supporting systems, analytics, reporting, automation, and operations; monitor deliverables and coordinate projects and relationships.
• Identify automation and digital improvement opportunities, champion technology adoption, and promote innovation with appropriate governance.
• Partner across the Foundation, prepare leadership materials, and track strategic project actions and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary degree in business administration, operations management, information systems, analytics, fundraising, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in operations, analytics, business intelligence, fundraising operations, technology, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in Raiser’s Edge NXT and experience developing reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance measurement tools.
• Experience leading teams, projects, budgets, and operational initiatives; building reports with Raiser’s Edge NXT Insights, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience in process design, workflow optimization, continuous improvement, cross-functional work, and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage priorities accurately.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Occasional evening or weekend work and travel may be required.

Work arrangement

• Full-time, permanent position with hybrid working two to three days per week.
• Location is Toronto, Ontario.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is CAD 87,400 to CAD 95,000; no pay cadence is specified.
