Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience
- Pharmaceutical financial experience preferred
- Power BI experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Advanced system knowledge in SAP, BPC, SAC and Microsoft Office
- Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with ability to integrate in a matrix environment and build relationships with cross-functional partners
- Self-starter with ability to operate independently drives processes, identify and implement process improvements, establish and adjust priorities to achieve objectives and operate with speed and agility
- This position requires on-site attendance Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week
