Role Overview
Join the Founder's Office as a high-trust, high-visibility Manager working directly alongside management.
Provide well-researched and clearly argued answers to management questions, often within short turnaround times.
Research and Insight Generation
- Own management's question queue and turn ambiguous asks into evidence-backed answers.
- Conduct rapid research using AI tools alongside primary sources and industry reports.
- Produce structured, sourced deep-dive briefs, one-pagers, and decision memos.
- Design and improve AI workflows, including prompt libraries, research playbooks, custom GPTs or agents, knowledge repositories, and quality checks.
Communications and Stakeholder Management
- Draft presentations, notes, and correspondence for internal leadership, boards, investors, partners, and external forums.
- Prepare meeting minutes, counterparty background dossiers, agenda framing, anticipated questions, and follow-up tracking.
- Act as a bridge between management and business-unit heads, translating intent into action and closing loops.
- Represent the Founder's Office with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Background
- The role is intended for someone who regularly uses different AI tools as part of their work.
- A background in civil engineering or architecture is preferred.
