- Support audit requests, prepare documentation, validate system evidence, and ensure control mappings remain aligned as system design evolves.
- Ensure system configurations, updates, and integrations follow change control requirements and maintain proper documentation. Data Integrity & Master Data Governance
- Support governance of chart of accounts, org structure, project/WBS standards, vendor/customer master data, and rate/pool structures.
- Assist with validation of data conversion results during HE360/ISA migration, including COA mapping, open AP/AR migration, employee setup, project baselines, and contract/funding structures.
- Monitor ongoing data quality and ensure master-data accuracy across Costpoint and integrated systems. Cross-System Integration & Workflow Support
- Provide functional support for key financial systems that integrate with Costpoint, including Workiva, Concur, ADP, Salesforce, bank integration tools, and document management tools.
- Assist in requirements gathering, testing, and validation for system integrations and reporting automation.

- Support SEC reporting workflows in Workiva by ensuring accuracy of Costpoint sourced data and documenting data lineage.
- Coordinate updates to reporting structures tied to changes in COA, org hierarchy, or project framework. Operational & User Support
- Provide day to day functional support to Accounting, FP&A, PMO, Supply Chain, and other system users.
