Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university, at least 5-7 years related experience.
- Proven experience successfully leading a team
- Must be able to perform complex analysis
- Must be articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to think creatively
- Must be highly driven, and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
- Experience in an international professional services environment preferred.
- Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced skills, in Microsoft® Excel, PowerPoint, and AI technologies. Experience using accounting software is preferred.
- Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid driver's license required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- May directly supervise employees on the FP&A team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Firm’s policies and applicable laws.
- Compensation Pay Transparency:
- For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,000.00 - $158,000.00
