Position Overview
Al Muqarram Hygienic Products (AMHP) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business development within the facilities management sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and opening new accounts with facilities management companies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our range of hygiene and tissue products.
This role requires a solid understanding of the facilities management industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and open new accounts within the facilities management sector across the UAE.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from cold outreach and presentations to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, facility managers, and key decision-makers.
- Promote and present AMHP's product range, tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the facilities management or hygiene/FMCG sector
• UAE Driving License (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comfortable preparing and presenting sales reports, quotations, and proposals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
