About This Role
We are looking out for an Export Sales Manager who would be responsible for developing and managing international sales activities to expand the company’s presence in global markets.
This role focuses on identifying new export opportunities, managing overseas distributors and clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The Export Sales Manager works closely with internal teams to achieve export sales targets and support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals
- Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, agents, and customers
- Manage relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in line with company policies
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for export markets
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, finance, and production teams to ensure timely and compliant deliveries
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, customs requirements, and documentation
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in assigned regions
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and product performance
