Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own and grow executive and business-leader relationships, positioning BrainStation as a strategic enterprise AI capability partner.
• Advise clients through opportunity discovery, stakeholder management, and engagements designed to deliver measurable value.
• Lead engagements from scoping through discovery, recommendations, and roadmaps; ensure quality, timeliness, and outcomes.
• Direct engagement teams, analytical approaches, and deliverable reviews to meet executive standards.
• Lead design of target-state capabilities, digital operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Advise on industry digital and AI innovation, including opportunities and risks for products and customer experiences.
• Design and lead executive workshops and working sessions.
• Secure new and follow-on engagements; develop proposals and business cases and shape scope and commercial structure.
• Contribute thought leadership, events, executive conversations, methods, and offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years in a client-facing role, with a track record leading work for enterprise or corporate clients.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end, including scoping, directing teams, and accountability for outcomes.
• Executive presence and experience advising senior stakeholders and leading executive-level conversations.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, synthesize findings, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Track record growing client relationships and contributing to commercial outcomes in professional services or advisory.
• Strong organization and prioritization to lead several engagements concurrently.
• Current point of view on AI, digital technology, and organizational transformation.
• Genuine enthusiasm for in-person collaboration; hybrid model requires four or more office days per week.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work as required.
• Consulting, strategy, or advisory experience is a plus.
