Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Eight to ten (8–10) years of progressive project management experience, including management of complex, multi-stakeholder technology and strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience building executive dashboards, reports, and presentations and presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience leading or mentoring project managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MS, or related).
- Healthcare or public-sector experience; familiarity with Epic or other EHR programs and regulatory environments.
- PMO leadership or portfolio management experience; PgMP, PfMP, or Lean Six Sigma a plus.
- Proficiency with enterprise PPM and reporting tools (Monday.com, Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project).
