  • 4+ years' experience in assurance, internal audit, operational risk, or risk advisory, ideally within banking or financial services
  • Experience assessing risks, controls, and remediation outcomes, including control design and operating effectiveness testing
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to provide independent review and constructive challenge
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis and identifying systemic issues, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex findings into clear insights
  • Experience performing data analytics-based testing or automated control testing is highly desirable
