Restaurant Manager – Habib Beirut
As Restaurant Manager at Habib Beirut, I oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
I lead and develop a high-performing team, manage staffing, scheduling, payroll coordination, and employee performance while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
I am responsible for achieving operational and financial targets through effective cost control, inventory management, and resource planning.
I work closely with HR on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with company policies.
I also ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, health and safety, and customer service are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
- Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance management.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Coordinate with HR on recruitment, employee documentation, leave management, and staff development.
- Prepare operational reports and implement continuous improvements to enhance business performance and profitability
