Manager — Doha, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead operations and drive performance at our Doha office.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day team management, implement process improvements, and ensure delivery of targets while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8–15 staff; set objectives and monitor performance
Plan and manage daily operations, workflows, and resource allocation
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Set and track KPIs, prepare regular reports for senior leadership, and act on insights
Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales, finance, HR, and product teams
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures for the department
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Represent the office in stakeholder meetings and handle escalations
Requirements
Proven management experience (3+ years) in a similar operational or people-leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Solid analytical skills and experience with KPI-driven management
Ability to manage budgets and operational planning
Proficient with MS Office and common business tools; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
Right to work or willingness to relocate to Doha
Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
