About This Role
Summary
Lead a functional team to deliver business objectives, improve operational performance, and develop staff; act as the primary point of contact between frontline teams and senior leadership to ensure smooth execution of strategy.
Key responsibilities
Set team goals, KPIs, and quarterly plans aligned with company objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations, workflow allocation, and resource planning to meet targets and SLAs.
Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports; conduct performance reviews and support career growth.
Implement process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and quality.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships where applicable.
Analyse performance data, prepare regular reports, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Resolve escalations, operational issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
Drive employee engagement, ensure policy compliance, and uphold workplace safety and standards.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for team hires.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA or professional qualification preferred.
5+ years experience with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven people-management and leadership skills with experience setting and delivering on KPIs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and common business tools; experience with CRM/ERP systems a plus.
English required; Arabic proficiency advantageous.
