Full-time, on-site Manager – Document Control role based in Doha, Qatar.
Oversee project documentation and records, document workflows, compliance, reporting, and a document control team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee creation, receipt, distribution, and archiving of project documents; maintain accuracy, currency, and stakeholder access.
- Implement document control procedures and monitor compliance with internal and external standards.
- Coordinate workflows with project teams, contractors, and clients; supervise document control staff.
- Review records for quality and completeness and prepare documentation-status reports and dashboards.
- Optimize document management systems, support audits, and improve records and quality management processes.
Qualifications
- Strong documentation, document management, and records management experience, including standardized workflows and records lifecycle control.
- Experience in quality assurance and quality management; proficiency with EDMS and common office software.
- Construction or engineering project documentation experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to lead a team and collaborate across disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, information management, or a related field; relevant certifications are beneficial.
- Proven experience in a similar document control or records management leadership role, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
