  • Design and facilitate productivity and journey-design sessions to identify better ways of working with Microsoft 365 and AI.
  • Evaluate AI use cases, guide intake, lead pilots and experimentation, test new capabilities, and provide recommendations.
  • Develop adoption objectives, learning plans, communications, champion activities, and performance measures, refining strategies using adoption insights.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and technology, risk, security, and global teams to deliver solutions and support responsible AI adoption.
  • Support Level 2 escalations, coordinate complex issues with Global IT and vendors, and provide functional leadership through coaching and knowledge sharing.

What you bring

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot agents, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Planner, Lists, Forms, and Loop.
  • Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint Online site design and configuration; familiarity with Power Platform.
  • Experience consulting with senior business stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, and designing and configuring Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Experience developing change strategies, roadmaps, governance, release and adoption plans, success measures, and benefits.
  • Experience designing and delivering training to audiences of 100 or more and to Partners and executives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including navigating priorities and securing sponsorship for change.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary contributors and complex cross-functional initiatives through implementation and benefit realization.
  • University or college education, or equivalent role-appropriate training.

Assets

  • Microsoft MS-900, AI-900, or Copilot-related credentials are considered an asset.

Pay range
