What You'll Do

  • Platform Leadership & Initiative Ownership:
  • Managing the execution of initiatives within the Digital Intelligence franchisee success platform, translating the Franchise Growth strategy into a clear, prioritised, and sequenced multi-year technology roadmap across all brands and regions
  • Manage a portfolio of platform initiatives from problem definition and business case through design, delivery, rollout, adoption, and benefits realisation
  • Work with Hertz product and development teams to define the global standards and architecture requirements to create a scalable franchise technology and data ecosystem
  • Technology, Data Foundation, Analytics & AI:
  • Support the delivery agenda for counter-system simplification, integration, interoperability, and clean data exchange across the global franchise network
  • Establish a trusted data foundation and the progressive build-out of a global franchise technology platform and data lake from which to develop and innovate the franchise platform
  • Drive rollout of relevant enterprise capabilities to the franchise network, including booking, mobile, reservation, loyalty, payment, and other interfaces / tooling
  • Translate data into practical insight, improving franchise performance through data, analytics, AI, and technology-enabled decision making
  • Execution, Adoption & Value Realisation:
  • Represent the franchise business as accountable owner of technology initiatives
  • Translate franchisee and business needs into clear product requirements, delivery milestones, acceptance criteria, resource plans, and execution roadmaps
  • Establish disciplined governance across the platform, maintaining visibility of progress, dependencies, investment requirements, risks, critical decisions, and benefits delivery
  • Provide concise executive reporting and recommendations, escalating blockers early and securing the decisions and resources required to deliver at pace
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing complex technology, data, digital, or transformation initiatives from definition through delivery, adoption, and benefits realisation
  • Strong project delivery and portfolio management capability, with the discipline to manage milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, resources, and governance
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to prioritise initiatives based on business value, and ensure technology capabilities deliver measurable franchisee and business outcomes
  • Ability to translate business and franchisee needs into clear requirements, initiative charters, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, challenge constructively, and drive clear ownership and accountability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of how data, analytics, AI, automation, and digital capabilities can improve business performance
  • Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to provide executive-level reporting, recommendations, and escalation of key decisions or blockers
  • A hands-on, organised, and delivery-focused approach, comfortable working across multiple initiatives, brands, regions, and levels of seniority
  • Experience working in a franchise, travel, mobility or multi-market environment essential
