Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development process for assigned projects and align delivery with organizational goals and timelines.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and other internal and external stakeholders to achieve milestones.
• Lead feasibility analyses, site selection, and due diligence for new development opportunities.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and reports, and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across the development cycle.
• Monitor entertainment and leisure industry trends and developments.
• Mentor team members and promote project development and management best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Six to nine years of experience in real estate development or project management, focused on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of development processes, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
