Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Implement credit risk strategies that continue to grow our BNPL products, in a responsible manner
• Design tests to continuously learn about our customers
• Align priorities with relevant stakeholders across the business
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, product, and engineering teams to ensure policies are implemented on time and with appropriate monitoring and controls
• Take a proactive approach to influence decisions that impact all aspects of the application funnel

• The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

• Chicago, Illinois: ($160,500.00 - $238,700.00 Annually)
