Manager, Data, Reporting and Analytics – Fraud Domain

Ten or more years of experience in banking or financial services, with deep expertise in data architecture, enterprise information management, or a closely related discipline.

Specialist knowledge of the fraud domain, including familiarity with agent architectures and the application of AI and machine learning in fraud detection and prevention.

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale data architecture solutions, including conceptual and logical data models, data flows, and governance frameworks.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing delivery across multiple teams or organizational counterparts within complex, matrixed environments.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure and drive consensus-based decision-making across large, cross-functional organizations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Master's degree or MBA in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with big data platforms and enterprise analytics environments operating at scale.

Familiarity with AI and agentic system design principles as applied to data architecture within financial services contexts.
