Role purpose

Advances GBM data governance, trusted source identification, and platform modernization.

Bridges business, technology, and governance teams to support trusted data products and platforms and improve decision-making.

Governance and platform work

  • Improve data management practices; identify and document trusted sources, data flows, and system dependencies.
  • Support data asset onboarding and audit, risk, regulatory, and compliance activities.
  • Support cloud and Databricks adoption, platform roadmaps, implementation tracking, and transformation delivery.

Analysis and stakeholder delivery

  • Gather business requirements and conduct impact, stakeholder, process, and dependency assessments.
  • Track milestones, KPIs, risks, issues, and remediation plans; develop governance documents, business cases, procedures, and presentations.
  • Facilitate workshops, prepare governance and leadership materials, translate complex concepts, and align stakeholders.

Education and experience

  • Financial services experience and 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
  • University degree in Business, Information Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project and program management experience; ability to work independently and solve complex problems collaboratively.
  • Ability to improve operating efficiency and produce high-quality data deliverables; strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Banking and capital markets experience preferred; previous consulting experience highly desired.
