Manager - Data Analytics & SAP Process Development

Job Purpose

Process Development & Transformation

• Lead experts in O2D process standardization, automation, and change.
• Improve supply chain processes across order delivery, logistics, and customer service.
• Act as senior O2D expert across order management, transportation, handling, storage, dispatch, process, and systems.
• Eliminate inefficiencies and fragmentation across markets and support different operating models.
• Partner with IT service providers to implement scalable standardized process frameworks.
• Drive digitization, system enhancements, workflows, integrations, deployments, and change requests.
• Lead regional initiatives, align with global teams, secure funding, and manage the future-initiatives backlog.

Analytics Leadership

• Build and lead a global analytics operating model and teams of analysts, engineers, and BI developers.
• Define analytics services including dashboards, self-service datasets, advanced analytics, and insight packs.
• Establish governance for demand intake, prioritization, sprint planning, release management, and benefits tracking.
• Deliver global data products and insights for supply chain and customer outcomes.
• Translate business questions into analytics hypotheses, models, practical actions, and decision pathways.
• Embed insights into operating rhythms such as S&OP, customer service reviews, plant scheduling, supply reviews, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Design decision-ready Power BI insights, exception-based analytics, action workflows, and health indicators.
• Define critical data elements and improve data quality through definitions, lineage, validation, and reconciliation.

Education & Experience

• Requires 12 to 16 years of experience in Order to Delivery and supply chain process areas.
• Requires senior-level leadership and transformation experience from gap design through go-live deployment.
• Requires supply chain or customer analytics and/or SAP process excellence experience.
• Requires strong O2D functional knowledge, global analytics delivery experience, and understanding of supply chain system data structures.
• A university degree or equivalent experience is expected; an MBA or Supply Chain Management specialization is preferred.
• APICS or similar Supply Planning accreditation is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Requires advanced SAP and analytics reporting knowledge, including Power BI.
• Requires SAP Sales & Distribution knowledge and integration touchpoints with MM, WM, transportation, and warehouse management systems.
• Requires Power BI, SQL, data modelling, Agile delivery, and product backlog management.
• Azure and Databricks familiarity is a plus.
• Requires strong change management, systems thinking, executive communication, coaching leadership, and outcome orientation.

Schedule & Travel

• Shift timing is 11:30 am to 8:30 pm IST.
• Travel of up to 10% is expected.
• Relocation within the country is eligible.
