As a Manager at Tropical Smoothie Café , you will lead the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and guest-focused experience. Your responsibilities include:

Lead & Inspire the Team – Motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team to provide exceptional service.

Deliver Exceptional Hospitality – Interact with customers using Tropitude, our special energy and positive atmosphere.

Operational Excellence – Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked café while following brand and safety standards.

Manage Staffing & Scheduling – Ensure proper staffing levels and effective scheduling for smooth operations.

Control Costs & Drive Sales – Monitor inventory, labor costs, and sales performance to maximize profitability.

Ensure Food Quality & Safety – Oversee ServSafe compliance, food prep standards, and health regulations.

Marketing & Community Engagement – Promote the brand, execute local marketing initiatives, and drive catering sales.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Handle guest concerns, resolve operational challenges, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Previous leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and operational efficiency.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain it).

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
