Job Description

*Strategic Finance & Business Transformation*

• Support strategic projects across Corporate Finance and Financial Risk Management functions.
• Assist with financial modelling, business case development, scenario analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Contribute to funding, financing, and capital allocation projects while developing expertise in aviation finance and treasury management.
• Support senior leadership with insights, presentations, and analysis to enable informed business decisions.

*AI, Analytics & Innovation*

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics across Corporate Finance and Risk Management activities.
• Support the development of intelligent reporting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and decision-support tools.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends that can improve efficiency, insight generation, and financial decision making.
• Act as a champion for innovation and continuous improvement within the Corporate Finance function.
• *Stakeholder Engagement*
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, FP&A and Strategy teams.
• Build strong working relationships across the business while developing a broad understanding of airline operations and financial performance.
• Present findings, recommendations, and innovative solutions to senior leadership audiences.
• *Leadership Development*
• Participate in strategic initiatives with significant exposure to executive leadership.
• Contribute to the development of future-focused finance capabilities within the organization.
• Develop the skills, knowledge, and experience required for future leadership opportunities within Finance and the wider business.

Education & Experience

• *Required*
• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Technology Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, emerging technologies, automation, analytics, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to continuously learn.
• *Preferred*
• Formal qualifications, certifications, or postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
• MBA from a leading institution.
• Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, advanced analytics solutions, or emerging technologies in a professional environment.
• Exposure to financial services, corporate finance, consulting, technology, analytics, or innovation-focused roles.
