Overview
The Content Manager will be responsible for creating, managing and executing social media content strategies for our clients in a digital, social media & creative scope.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and the latest social media trends, as well as excellent copywriting skills.
Technical & Product
- Develop and implement social media content strategies and campaigns for clients.
- Expert writing and editing skills for various platforms and formats
- EN and AR Translation skills and good knowledge and command of both
- Knowledge in storytelling and communication narratives
- Content and publishing calendar creation
- Write and edit high-quality social media content, including posts, captions, and blogs.
- Collaborate with creative teams and account managers to ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Monitor industry social media activity
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to understand client needs and objectives
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding project goals and targets
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
- Creative and innovative approach to social media content creation
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform content strategy
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably in an agency setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
