We are currently recruiting Manager-Commercial Governance - 8 months contract (Extendable) for our client which is into Aviation industry
Position: Manager - Commercial Governance
Contract: 8 months contract (May be extended)
Job Purpose
Regulate & control the quality Compliance standards & procedures among commercial partners and stakeholder's.
Perform Compliance function to meet business requirements.
Facilitate the management of the commercial policies, procedures, Systems and audit functions for the Commercial Group and ensure full compliance to any regulations at both DXB and DWC
Ensure that commercial quality Compliance program is aligned with local legislation , established regulation and required performance standards.
/ Experience
- Practical knowledge of the airport retail business
- Application of international retail standards and performance criteria
- Ability to prepare and understand financial concepts and applications
- Awareness of global retail&F&B trends,particularly in the airport business context
- An understanding of the UAE&GCC retail and business environment
- An understanding of Local Laws and Governance
Key Accountability
- Review and ensure that processes, policies, procedures and operating manuals are aligned with internal regulations and standards.
- Manage compliance across all commercial activities to ensure standards are at the highest possible level.
- Support Line Manager in managing internal and external audit requests, gather data and information from relevant stakeholders and formalize responses to audit reports.
- Responsible for establishing relationships with customers to better understand the requirements and their industry dynamics/ KPIs.
- Support line manager and department in leading the technical submission evaluation for commercial tenders
- Manage corrective actions for all audit and quality reports and maintain accurate records of all relevant communications.
- Compile statistical data including benchmarking against key clients & best practices.
- Write narrative reports summarizing quality Compliance findings.
