About the Role
24 Mantra Organic is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Manager – Commercial (Exports) to manage export documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, support international business development, and strengthen commercial operations across global markets.
Department: Exports. Reporting To: India Head. Location: Hyderabad / Medchal.
Export Documentation & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end export documentation, including shipping documents, invoices, certificates, and customs clearance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, APEDA, FSSAI, NOP, and other applicable international trade regulations and certification requirements.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Export Commercial Operations
- Manage export orders from confirmation to shipment, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate with international customers (excluding the US market), production, quality, logistics, and finance teams.
- Identify and facilitate eligible export incentives under applicable government schemes, ensuring timely claims and realization.
- Monitor export-related costs and support commercial negotiations to improve profitability.
International Business Development
- Support business development initiatives to expand the company's presence in international markets.
- Coordinate with overseas customers on commercial requirements, product documentation, certifications, pricing, and order fulfilment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and trade partners to support business growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide insights on international trade developments and customer requirements.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Monitor export documentation, compliance, order execution, and incentive realization.
- Maintain accurate export records and prepare periodic reports on commercial performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline documentation, strengthen internal controls, and improve operational efficiency.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or a related discipline.
- MBA / PGDM in International Business or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of relevant experience in export commercial operations, international trade, export documentation, or business development.
- Experience in FMCG, food processing, organic foods, agri-exports, or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, international trade regulations, and export incentive schemes.
- Experience in international customer coordination and export business development.
