Role overview

What you’ll do

• Lead monthly store-planning and productivity reporting; answer complex business questions and enhance executive-level reports.
• Advise on rollout plans for new brands, create store segments, and optimize product placement in stores.
• Support evaluation and deployment of space-planning software and integration with core data systems.
• Support monthly merchandising and weekly operational performance reviews to track key metrics and strategic goals.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in analytics or data science, working with large, complex datasets.
• Intermediate data-mining and query-writing experience; advanced Excel modeling and calculation skills.
• Intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
• Creative problem solving, ability to manage multiple projects, and comfort addressing ambiguous business questions.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior executives up to VP level and beyond.
• Initiative, autonomy, optimism, and successful cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation

• Annual base salary range is $155,000–$172,000; employees may also be eligible for bonuses.
• Actual salary depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, credentials, business factors, and geographic location.

Work location
