Manager - Business Development

he MDX Sales and PLM Glucose & Maltodextrin will provide strategic and commercial leadership for the full P&L performance, market growth, and product portfolio of our glucose and maltodextrin business. This role is pivotal in driving market penetration across targeted geographies – with a primary focus on Infant formula Global accounts and SEA markets developing high-value customer relationships and optimizing our product portfolio as we ramp up operations in our newly commissioned corn wet milling facility. The successful candidate will balance strategic market development with operational efficiency, ensuring profitability, ,margin management, pricing strategy while expanding into applications such as infant nutrition, spray dry powders, powder dry blends, and confectionery.
