What You Bring:

  • 8 plus years' experience within the DoD industry
  • Previous experience with Capture Management and developing Capture Plans
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong cross functional communication skills
  • Experience in proposal development, competitive analysis, and capture planning.
  • Familiarity with Curtiss-Wright’s product lines and target markets is a plus.
  • US citizenship required
