The Production Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations for system integration, assembly, packing, and dispatch of telecom products.
The role ensures seamless conversion of PCBA cards received from Contract Manufacturers and mechanical chassis received from vendors into finished products through controlled manufacturing processes.
The Production Manager is accountable for meeting production plans, ensuring zero-defect execution, maintaining MES and SAP compliance, achieving operational excellence, and driving readiness for Prototype, Pilot, and Mass Production phases.
