9+ years Role purpose The Manager owns end-to-end delivery outcomes for AWS cloud, serverless API and data platform engagements. The role provides technical direction, delivery governance, client leadership, people development and commercial awareness while ensuring high-quality, insight-driven solutions. Key responsibilities · Own delivery planning, governance and execution for AWS cloud, serverless and data platform workstreams or engagements. · Define solution direction across Terraform-based cloud infrastructure, API Gateway, Lambda, Python services, security controls and observability. · Review architecture, delivery plans, estimates, risks, dependencies and release readiness with project and client leadership. · Drive implementation of secure cloud controls across IAM, networking, S3, logging, monitoring and operational resilience. · Guide teams working on data lake and analytics components including Glue, S3, Athena, Redshift and Tableau integrations. · Establish delivery standards for CI/CD, code review, environment management, documentation and production support handover. · Manage client expectations, facilitate decision-making and ensure project teams remain aligned to business outcomes. Required technical skills · Extensive AWS cloud implementation experience with strong understanding of modern cloud architecture and delivery models. · Strong command of Terraform, infrastructure as code governance and reusable module strategy. · Strong understanding of serverless API design, Python services, cloud security and operational monitoring. · Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, priorities and delivery risks. · Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and client relationship management skills. Good-to-have capabilities · Experience setting up engineering operating models, DevOps governance and release management processes. · Ability to shape proposals, estimates, solution approaches and delivery roadmaps. · Understanding of analytics, data management, performance management and next-generation technology trends. · Experience mentoring Senior Consultants, Consultants and Analysts.
