Role overview
Part-time, hybrid Asset Management Manager role based in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Oversees physical and financial asset lifecycles to optimize performance and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee asset planning, acquisition, maintenance, and disposal; monitor inventories and maintain asset registers.
- Analyze utilization and depreciation; prepare performance and compliance reports for leadership.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and procurement on tracking, internal controls, and regulatory and company policies.
- Contribute to process improvements, support audits, and help develop asset strategies and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong asset management and inventory control, lifecycle planning, tracking, and performance optimization skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets, asset management software, and dashboards or summary reports.
- Understanding of depreciation, capital expenditure, budgeting, compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Effective stakeholder communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field is stated.
- Facilities, property, or corporate services experience in the UAE or GCC is an advantage; IAM or ISO 55000-related training is beneficial.
- Able to use digital collaboration tools and work independently in a hybrid arrangement.

- Hybrid position in Dubai with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
