Role Description
The Manager Asset Management (part-time) will oversee the planning, tracking, and optimization of Dubai Career Clinic’s physical and digital assets, ensuring they effectively support career development programs and brand-building initiatives.
Working in a hybrid arrangement based in Dubai with some flexibility to work from home, this role will manage asset inventories, maintain asset records, and coordinate usage of content, tools, and materials across events, online platforms, and partner activities.
The manager will analyze asset performance, recommend improvements, and collaborate with program, marketing, and operations teams to align asset deployment with strategic objectives.
Additional responsibilities include supporting budget and lifecycle planning for key assets, implementing risk and compliance guidelines, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and impact.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in asset management, operations, or resource planning, with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize physical and digital assets.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, or asset management software.
- Background in project coordination or program management, with experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly in writing and in meetings.
- Understanding of digital platforms and content ecosystems (e.g., social media, online communities, video libraries) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Dubai, demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and accountability for outcomes.
- Experience within career development, education, consulting, or professional services environments is an advantage.
