Responsibilities
- Lead architectural assessments of park facilities, ensuring compliance with design standards, safety codes, and operational needs.
- Collaborate with FM, civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure integrated building performance.
- Review and validate as-built drawings, architectural documentation, and renovation plans.
- Provide technical guidance on finishes, facades, signage, and guest-facing structures.
- Support asset lifecycle planning by identifying architectural components requiring refurbishment or replacement.
- Coordinate with Development & Delivery during handover of new assets to ensure architectural readiness.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for architectural works and repairs.
- Recommend design improvements to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment with Qiddiya s brand identity and thematic design principles.
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture; Master s preferred.
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in architectural engineering, preferably in large-scale entertainment, hospitality, or public infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, finishes, and design coordination.
- Experience in facilities management environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and architectural visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
