About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager with a strong background in the App Development industry to lead overall business operations, client relations, and company growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, networking, and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally at events, business meetings, and loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the overall operations of the company
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Attend networking events, business programs, exhibitions, and loyalty programs to generate business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups professionally
- Support business growth strategies and partnership development
- Monitor team performance and ensure operational efficiency
- Represent the company in external meetings and industry events
- Maintain strong knowledge of app development services and industry trends
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an App Development company or related IT industry
Strong experience in client handling, networking, and business development
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively
Professional appearance and presentation skills
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
