JOB PURPOSE

• This job role revolves around d efining and implementing data extracting strategies and leading the team to unleash the power of data analytics by interpreting the data to provide insights and support decision-making for organization’s benefit. ORGANISATION CHART This postion will report to IT & Technology Head KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Advanced Data Analysis & Business Insights: Oversee the use of analytical tools (SQL, Python, R) to extract insights that drive strategic decisions. Ensure analytical outputs are aligned with business priorities and stakeholder expectations. Data Visualization & Executive Reporting: Guide the development of dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to support executive decision-making. Data Governance & Compliance Oversight Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Overall Project SLAs Low Time-to-Insight High Data Utilization Rate KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS Discom. INTERNAL INTERACTIONS Cross functional team consisting of OPS/PMO/Finance etc. FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS OTHER DIMENSIONS Must have handled the data in excess of 1 million rows. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS B. Tech (Electrical/Computers) BCA / MCA Certification in Python / Data Analytics / data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 9 to 15 years of Experience.
