About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between HQ (Dubai) and country teams (KSA / Qatar) for all AI, data, and digital initiatives
- Translate regional business requirements into clear inputs for HQ product, data, and technology teams
- Drive adoption of AI and digital tools across retail stores, operations, and business functions
- Ensure successful implementation and active usage of HQ-built tools inthe region
- Capture regional feedback and ensure enhancements/localization are reflected in product roadmaps
- Lead on-ground rollout of digital and AI initiatives across stores and functions
- Drive change management, training, and user adoption programs
- Track adoption metrics, usage behavior, and business impact of deployed tools
- Act as program/project manager for multiple digital initiatives in parallel
- Coordinate across retail, operations, IT, and business leadership teams to ensure execution alignment
- Ensure governance, communication, and reporting between region and HQ
Required Skills & Profile
- Strong understanding of retail operations and business processes
- Working knowledge of AI, data, analytics, and digital tools
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
- Excellent program and project management skills
- Ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business users
- Strong execution mindset with focus on adoption and outcomes
- High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and influencing skills
