Job Summary
Falcon Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Manager – Accounts** to lead and manage the company’s financial operations.
The role requires a qualified finance professional with strong expertise in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting, along with the ability to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR)
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE financial regulations, including VAT
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost controls
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team
- Coordinate external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings
- Manage VAT filings and regulatory submissions
- Strengthen internal controls and financial policies
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional qualification: **CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent (mandatory)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a group or multi-entity environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
