Full-time, on-site Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
Oversees client engagements and end-to-end delivery of business setup and corporate services in line with regulations and client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of specialists; review documentation and project plans.
- Monitor service quality and resolve operational and client issues.
- Collaborate with government entities, free zone authorities, and banking partners.
- Prepare reports and presentations; support process and service improvements.
- Identify business development opportunities, support proposals, and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in business advisory, corporate services, or consulting; UAE market experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, corporate structuring, regulatory frameworks, and compliance.
- Operations or project management background, with ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements.
- Strong communication, client management, stakeholder coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with government and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
